Terms and Conditions of Booking
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
- The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property.
- A security deposit of £250(GBP) or €375 or $475 is required with your final balance.
- The security deposit (minus the cost of any damage) will be returned to you 2 weeks following your departure.
- OR a non-refundable $45 insurance fee can be paid in case of any damage that may occur during your stay.
