Florida Villa Facilities and Overview
The villa comprises of over 3000 square foot which sleeps 10 people, providing ample room for all guests.
The villa is situated on a large lot, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Privacy is offered as the pool area is not overlooked, unlike many of the Florida homes. Space and Luxury are paramount in this villa both inside and outside and offers:
- Private pool and spa not overlooked.
- Fully air conditioned.
- Large deck space, with an area for entertainment.
- Free phone calls to anywhere in the world (except Puerto Rico).
- Large outdoor fenced-off area for children to play safely.
- Non interrupted views of the golf course of both the 17th tee and green.

Living Accommodation:- The villa has a large living area consisting of a living room, family room, formal dining room, breakfast nook / eating area and fully equipped kitchen.
Facilities include cable TV, six colour TV's, video, stereo and ADSL high speed internet connection.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit and all utensils. A separate utility room houses the washer and dryer. There is also a double garage.
Sleeping Accommodation:- The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3½ bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and ample cupboard space.
- Main bedroom: has a King Bed, en suite with his and hers wash basins, a walk in dressing room and direct access to the pool area.
- Second Bedroom: has a Queen Bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area.
- Two twin bedrooms: each with 2 Single beds with joining en suite.
- The fifth bedroom: has two single beds
Additional sleeping facilities are provied by a Sofa Bed and Crib / Cot. The master and second Bedrooms also offer private access to pool area. Bath and bed Linens are provided.
The Pool:- has a large under cover area to provide shade, quality pool furniture and sun loungers. Heating for the pool is available for an additional charge.
